Well as I'm finally over half way done with all of the character pages, I felt like it was time to draw one of my personal characters in the story. Meet Blaise, AKA "teh ghey furry"
Blaise was an Italian-American (yes ADMIX is incorporating real places) born lion. After losing his father to a shooting and his mother to a fire, Blaise hasn't been the kind to see life positively. He's lived with his great aunt for the last few years until she too passed away. Afterward Blaise was alone, until he met another character in ADMIX. His life was never the same. Another anthro character in ADMIX, and don't worry, having human/anthro/machines in my story is explained. ^^ It's not random in the least. Also, I decided to try a new coloring style. I think it makes it look more professional. ^^ Tell me what you think! Blaise is copyright me! CommentsWell, he doesn't normally dress like that. I just wanted him to have a cool outfit for the ADMIX comic. ^^
As for the shading I tried to have it purple based instead of black shading. I think it gives it more character. And I did the line art thinner as well. oh, and thanks XD -- The end of the universe was beautiful: [link] I was wondering when you were going to introduce one of your own characters. Such a sad bio though, but the great-aunt part isn't as startling. She does have to be reasonably old to get that title after all
Well, I'm not sure how professional one can look when they're wearing an open shirt, but I suppose I have to consider the anthro part. It does sort of, but he looks too happy to be full professional. That's probably a good thing though. -- "The challenge of being a Makuta is choosing which powers to use to destroy your enemies. It gets boring using the same ones all the time. Variety is the spice of destruction, after all." o w o
Sooooooooo much awesome and and..........>W< ..... Orlando - Oh boy.... *notices picture* Oh? Oh yeah! Ha ha..sorry about this...he gets like that sometimes x3 But I must say....absolutely amazing job on this piece in both the drawing itself and the coloring! (Very lovely color scheme and the shading looks AWESOME!!! Amazingly awesome job and I can't wait to see what's in store for him as well as myself! Me - -- "Though we may never meet again, we will never for get each other" "Where there is darkness, there is light. Where there is light, there is darkness. Exist without one means non-existance with the other." All hail Bowser King of Koopas!! X3 I love getting comments like this! It makes all the hard work worth it in the end.
-- The end of the universe was beautiful: [link] When I said professional looking, I meant that I wanted the picture to have a finished look to it. Not just some picture that some kid drew.
-- The end of the universe was beautiful: [link] Oh oh oh....my bad
If that's the case the image itself looks very professional. It's very well made, the background and character flow together smoothly with no awkward parts anywhere whatsoever. -- "The challenge of being a Makuta is choosing which powers to use to destroy your enemies.
